Telemedicine Appointments (online with video)
Telemedicine (aka virtual or online) appointments are conducted over your computer or phone app with your doctor, via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Instructions for how to access this platform will be sent after booking.
Dr. Mary Harel is licensed and can see patients who are located in Utah, Oregon, or Washington, and Dr. Kate Miyagi is licensed and can see patients who are located in Utah at the time of the appointment.
In-Office Appointments
In-Office (aka in person) appointments will take place at Salt Lake Naturopathic Clinic, 2091 E 1300 S, Suite 104, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
